Bunk indeed. Extreme libertarians (which would seem to include Thatcher) conveniently ignore the fact that the exercise of one’s rights will often infringe on those of others, and only the powerful can insulate themselves (at least to some degree) from those effects. That’s hardly the way to create a society that most of us want to live in.
